Ingredients for Corned Silverside (Cameron. 2011. p.103)

• 1.5kg corned silverside
• 1 onion, peeled and cut in half
• 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
• 1tbsp MERRYFIELD brown sugar
• 1tbsp PURE VITA white vinegar

There is also a recipe on the  page for white sauce but I didn’t have the ingredients 😦
